As well as the more complex technical aspects of design and engineering, we also provide an integrated consultancy service, specialising in assisting clients with specific project and commercial management support with a direct emphasis upon the maritime sector.
From survey through to the development of the vessels technical specification, we are then able to assist with shipyard selection plus evaluate any range of priced tenders from the target shipyards or repairers allowing the client to make an informed decision.
Commercial evaluation not only compares price but also looks at shipyard capability, track record and compliance against the client’s requirements.
Cost and schedule certainty in any shipbuilding or repair project is of the utmost importance and we are proud to be able to consistently deliver against our clients requirements.
We are also able to bring our in depth working knowledge of the global industry to bear in respect of benchmarking and/or other similar types of analysis.
