Working as part of a larger team we have recently undertaken a number of comprehensive evaluations of major ferry operations in both Alaska, USA, and Croatia.

We attended multiple vessels across a range of operating routes, evaluated maintenance approaches, ship management, financial management, passenger experiences, value for money and a range of client specific requirements.
